The data controller of all personal information collected from Buyers during the process of purchase in WildWeavesStore is the Seller -Ewelina Łazińska registered in The National Official Register of the Nationalised Industries Units under the REGON number 240483194 with the office in Bielsko-Biała, Ikara 4/31, Poland.
The Seller commits to make every effort to store the personal data safely.
All personal information are collected exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling an order and they are gathered to very limited extent: name, surname, postal address and e-mail address. Processing of this data includes shipping the product, tracking the shipping, contacting you about your order, potential complaints/returns, invoicing and tax purposes. We will only keep your personal data as long as it is necessary to fulfill these purposes (2 years for complaint procedures and 5 years for bookkeeping). To properly run financial reports, the Seller hands over some data in the form of invoices copies to her accounting office on the grounds of data processing agreement.
In the process of purchase the Buyer voluntarily shares their personal information with other data controllers such as Etsy internet platform, banks, payment operators like PayPal, web services providers (e.g. electronic mail) and postal services providers.
Buyers’ personal information is not disclosed to any other third parties and is used only the way described above.
Giving the personal data is voluntary and the Buyer has the right to access, and in certain circumstances to correct and delete, their personal information.
Without your consent to use your information in the ways set out in this policy, we will not be able to fulfill your order.
