Price and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in EUR € and are gross prices. The Seller is not a VAT payer. The price of goods does not include the price of shipping which vary according to the destination country and shipping method. Ocassionally the Seller may offer free shipping in the shop which will be visible on product page. The price of the ordered bracelets does not include additional bank charges, taxes and duties when the product is shipped to countries outside the European Union. These charges and additional costs (if applicable) are borne by the buyer.
Payment for the order can be made the following ways:
1) bank transfer to the account of the Seller in Poland (EU) – bank account information of the Seller are given during the checkout.
2) through PayPal – payment made electronically through a secured payment gateway with possibility to pay by credit or debit card.
3) “Pay Later” option available means that Buyer will be sent a PayPal payment request AFTER their horse’s hair arrive at Seller’s studio .
Delivery
Bracelets and keyrings ordered from our stock hair will be sent to Buyer within a week from the date of the purchase agreement (the time needed to physically make the woven ribbon and finish the product). Bracelets made from customer’s horse’s hair will be shipped to Buyer within a week from the day the customer’s horsehair has arrived at our studio. A paper invoice will be included with every shipped order.
♦ FREE DELIVERY (offered only occasionally) is performed by Standard International Shipping conducted by Polish Post. Bracelets are sent in bubble envelopes with registered mail (within Poland) and Global Express registered mail (outside Poland). Estimated delivery times for packets sent with registered Global Express mail: 5- 14 working days for Europe and 10-21 for North America.
♦ UPS courier (Europe) – 12€, delivery within 2-3 days
♦ UPS courier (North America) – 26€-35€, delivery within 3-5 days
We cannot guarantee delivery times as shipping times does not include possible customs processing delays (outside EU).
The Seller will inform the Buyer by e-mail about the dispatch of the purchased product, the tracking number included.
A parcel will be returned to us if the customer fails to pick it up in time. We will add the amount of €12-30 if the customer wants us to send the parcel again.
