HOW TO ORDER
We offer safe shopping at our Wild Weaves online store. We use Ecwid to manage our shop – it does not only runs via HTTPS protocol but is also PCI DSS certified and acts under EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framewrok.

Basically we make bracelets using hair sent by customers from their horses’ tails. However, if you do not own a horse but would love to wear one of our bracelets – no problem, we will weave it from stock hair (don’t worry, no donor horse was hurt in any way to obtain their tail hair, we love them too much :). Please check also FAQs page for more information.
Ordering Steps
1. Go to our basic shop or Etsy store.
2. Find a bracelet model you like (Hisane, Kawayo, Hoiho, Tchiva, New Tesunke, Zaldi, Dafia or Athena)
3. Measure your wrist by the skin to know what size to order. Do not add any additional space to your measurement.
4. Add the bracelet you want to your shopping cart – you need to choose the leather color (black, dark brown, light brown, etc.) and the size before you are able to move on.
5. Follow the checkout prompts. You will be asked to to give the shipping address and choose a payment method (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer) to finalize the transaction. You can also choose “Pay Later” option -you will be asked to pay after your horse’s hair arrive at my studio (this option is not available on Etsy)
6. You will receive the order confirmation email. Please check your email box for the message to what address you should send your horse’s hair.
7. Send us hair labeling it with your name, your horse’s name and your order number. If you chose to have a bracelet made from stock hair, you don’t have to do anything else at this point.
8. After we receive the hair (shipping might take a few days to few weeks if sent from North America), we need about a week to finish the bracelet and post it to you. Shipping is carried out by UPS. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days within Europe and 3-5 days to North America. The tracking number for the packet will be emailed to you after the dispatch.
Please remember that custom made orders require discussing details like size, pattern possibilities, etc. Check your email box regularly and if you ordered through Etsy please do not block Etsy notifications otherwise the whole process of ordering might prolong if we won’t be able to contact you.
