Still we try to function and work normally as much as we can and as long as we can, and to shipp orders on time despite lockdowns and troubles we face every day. Bracelts ordered from my stock hair will be dispatched to you within a week from the order date. If you decide to mail in Your horse’s hair, the ordered item will be shipped within a week from the date the horsehair arrive at my studio. Please bear in mind that currently the coronavirus situation around the world may cause some delivery delays so do not wait with shipping your horse’s hair to me until the end of November. I use UPS courier service to send the ordered keepsakes to you , they deliver within 2-4 days to EU and between 3-7 days to North America. However, if you order in December I can’t guarantee Christmas delivery – all will depend on queuing orders and possible particular state lockdowns or temporalily closed borders. Also, orders placed after December 12th will be processed after the New Year.
